The Otsego Memorial Hospital Foundation is charged with raising support to help fund the tangible items, the things you touch, feel, see, and hear at OMH. All of which facilitate your intangible healthcare experiences with us. The ones you can’t quite put into words. All funds raised by the 2018 OMH Foundation Golf Outing will be dedicated to programs and services needed at Otsego Memorial Hospital. Each player package includes the following: 18 holes of golf on the Fazio Premier or Smith Signature Course, 18 holes of golf on the Fazio Premier or Smith Signature Course Complimentary player gift 3 complimentary beverage tickets Use of driving range Breakfast Awards lunch banquet
