Big North Boomers Workout
Description
The Otsego County Commission on Aging partners with Big North Barbell to provide Big North Boomers (a functional fitness program targeted at people age 60 and older). The program recently added two sessions to its weekly offering (Mondays and Wednesdays, from 10:30 a.m. to 11.15 a.m.). The program is also offered Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:15 a.m. to 7 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. Sessions are $5.00 each.
