Region 9 Area Agency on Aging presents the Caregiver Empowerment and Wellness Conference. This is a one-day event for caregivers to gain insightful information and feel empowered as they continue on their journey of caregiving. Topics presented will be Caregiver Wellness, Supporting the Mental Health of Caregivers, Safety and Accessibility in the Home and Community Resources, Unpaid family/friend caregivers and professional paid caregivers are encouraged to attend.
