RSVP, The Otsego County United Way, and Huntington Bank are partnering to offer a workshop on avoiding scams and protecting your personal information. Jennifer Rekasi, Community Development Relationship Manager / Vice President, from Huntington Bank in Petoskey, will educate us on avoiding scams and protecting personal information. The presentation will include a question and answer session. Financial exploitation / fraud has been called “the crime of the 21st century”. Come and learn how to protect yourself, prevent loss, and recover loss when possible. This program includes FDIC's Money Smart for Older Adults standards, fun BINGO to reinforce concepts, and an interactive discussion.
