Love Letters by A.R. Gurney is a funny and emotional portrait about the powerful connection of love across a 50 year time frame. Love Letters tells the story of Melissa Gardner and Andrew Makepeace Ladd III. These two unlikely friends, one with a rebellious spirit and one a straight-arrow form a connection in second grade that continues well into adulthood. Through the exchange of letters, Melissa Gardner and Andrew Makepeace Ladd III share their hopes and ambitions, dreams and disappointments, and victories and defeats. Charcuterie hors d'oeuvres & wine will be served.
