Notebook Binding Workshop and Author Q&A
Using a series of homemade contraptions and a bottle of archival glue, local author and publisher Austin Rowlander will demonstrate how he hand-binds his debut novel, Ordinary Time. During this event, participants will bind their very own notebooks with covers designed by NCMC’s Art and Design students. While the glue dries, Austin will answer questions about writing, publishing, and the role of hand-bound books in the literary ecosystem. RSVP is required to attend this free event.
