Join us for a speaking event with Jill Moore, RN, Diabetic Educator. Jill will be discussing steps to take after a diabetes diagnosis, including how diabetes affects the body, signs and symptoms of low blood sugar, and tools to control diabetes. Learn about meal plans, exercise options, and resources available at OMH for diabetes management. Don’t let diabetes define you. This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided.
