Post Frame Framing Apprentice

Northern Michigan Post Frame is growing, and we are looking to add one dependable Post Frame Framing Apprentice to our team.

We are intentionally building a small, disciplined, high-trust crew focused on premium post-frame construction across Northern Michigan. This is not a large chaotic construction environment. We care deeply about craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, efficiency, and building a healthy team culture.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to develop real framing and post-frame construction skills while working within a tight, efficient team environment.

Projects include:
• Pole barns
• Garages and workshops
• Premium storage buildings
• Barndominium shells
• Residential-style post frame structures

We are looking for someone who is:

• Teachable and willing to grow
• Takes pride in quality workmanship

Construction or framing experience is valuable, but character, discipline, and willingness to learn matter more to us than years of experience.
